Kaabil, apt to the title the film deals with a story which portrays the capability of two blind people (Hrithik as Rohan and Yaami Gautam as Supriya) who fights against the tragic discourse their life is prone to.

At the point where they are intended to start a beautiful life the couple witness the real darkness of the world, did they triumph over it and seek revenge forms the crux of Kaabil.

Hrithik makes us spell bound with his performance once again with Yaami Gautam complementing him well. The chemistry between the lead pair has worked out so well and thanks to the well-established first 20 mins of their love life. The acting has been maintained realistic and subtle which justifies the script and makes the revenge believable. Yet another good film in Hrithik film career.

Rajesh Rohan’s music is a comfort couch for the film and the love happily slides over it. Songs are good and sticks to heart. The BGM of the second half could have been done better nevertheless no disappointments in the work done too.

Sanjay Gupta, has handled the direction department so well which stands evident in the second half. Every scene that was set up in the first half has been for a pay off in the post interval part of the film. Excellent narrative makes a predictable story convincingly watchable. Kudos to the realistic character persona of Rohan who seeks revenge against big shots with an open challenge to the police department as well. Thankfully, no super hero moments have been coined to the script which is a breather. Only disappointment is the unwanted twist at the end which is still left as an open end and also the song placement towards the climax could have been avoided.

In a nutshell, Kaabil is a simple revenge story. With a good narrative style which makes it a watchable revenge.
